Account Manager

Our client is a rapidly expanding International company who offer a unique combination of services and solutions that are focused on performance management for Healthcare service providers. They are looking for an experienced Account Manager who enjoys working in partnership with others to deliver results.

Based in London, you will be responsible for a diverse range of duties including working with clients to understand their business processes and needs, delivering technical and functional training to clients and identifying new opportunities.

You will also be required to be the interface between the client and development teams, actively contributing the clients input to development and vice-versa.

Prior experience in an Account Management role is a must, preferably within a technology or Healthcare environment. Experience working with or within NHS is also essential. Training experience would be advantageous.

You will need to be a highly organised, proactive and customer orientated person who is a strong relationship builder in order to make this role a success.
