Bucking the trend within the Leisure sector our client has gone from strength to strength in the past year. As CRM Manager, you will be charged with developing a customer engagement strategy that can deliver commercial growth back to the business. Extensively analysing customer trends and market developments, you will recommend strategies to improve customer retention. Managing a team of two direct reports, you will have a key role to play in pushing the importance of CRM across the business, providing strong expert leadership. As an expert in CRM, you will have worked across the leisure or retail sector, ideally having gained experience of driving strategy within a greenfield site. An experienced people manager, you will have a strong creative streak and be able to deliver results through strong project management.
