Anti social behaviour caseworker

We are recruiting on behalf of a South London borough for Anti social behaviour caseworker.

1.To work with the ASB Manager to promote effective collaboration with partner agencies, to reduce anti-social behaviour in the borough, adopting a problem-solving methodology, co-ordinating partnership working and effective case management to support confident, outcome-led working across boundaries and effective advocacy to the community.
2.To develop and co-ordinate innovative activities and projects that can deliver demonstrable reductions in anti-social behaviour, and to secure council wide and cross-partnership commitment to tackle anti-social behaviour in Lambeth.
3.Represent the council and the Safer Lambeth Partnership within and outside the council locally on anti-social behaviour, creating opportunities to enhance the council?'s image, and to develop partnerships and services as required.
4Work with and liaise with Community Safety Division colleagues, particularly Community Safety Partnership Coordinators. Attendance may be required at local Community Safety Area Partnership meeting or Safer neighbourhood meetings and to liaise with local councillors and local communities in relation to ASB.
5Work with the council?'s communications team and partner agencies as appropriate to develop internal and external communications to raise the profile of the Council?'s and Partnership?'s work on anti-social behaviour.
6.Contribute positively to Lambeth?'s Community Safety team, which includes both council and Police officers. Establish clear targets, define plans in relation to anti-social behaviour, and co-ordinate resources to meet them.
7Administer the Anti-Social Behaviour Case Panels and ensure all records relating to individuals are kept up to date. To liaise with all agencies to ensure that information is correct and timely and to prepare evidence for submission to the Assistant Director Community Safety for consideration of an individual for ASBO action.

Pay rate is up to £20 per hour.

GSCC Registration is essential.
