Business Development Manager

High class new business developer required for a leading travel services business in a key sales role.

My client is a travel and loyalty business with a substantial customer base in the business and leisure markets. The company have consistently grown and developed in a range of markets and services in recent years, which has helped the organisation to maintain strong trade in recent months.

As part of their success, they are now looking for a strong sales person to take responsibility for delivering annual sales targets in UK, Ireland and Europe. The role will involve researching and contacting prospective clients to fully understand their requirements and meet with prospects as appropriate.

The successful candidate will have substantial new business sales experience, ideally gained in international markets and experience of selling to financial institutions would be a significant advantage. You will be influencing and communicating with senior individuals within these organisations to build relationships over a sustained period of time requiring tenacity, energy and commitment. Fluency in a second European language would be an advantage.
