Long term contract – Starting April 2010

A SEN school in North London is seeking to appoint a SENCO.

The school is looking for a motivated and dynamic specialist with the ability to perform in a high pressured environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.

You will be responsible for training and managing the staff, providing IEP's for all statemented pupils and in general, responsible for the SEN provision.

With an increasing focus on prevention, the school has a really strong interest in developing this provision for the students who are on long term or permanent exclusion from mainstream education.

• To be successful you must hold a Teaching Qualification
• You must have a current police clearance.
• You should display a proven track record of pupil learning outcomes.
