IT PMO

We are currently recruiting for a PMO to join a city based Investment Banking infrastructure team. The successful candidate must have VERY strong Excel experience (including macros v-lookups) & have a PMO background working on infrastructure projects. This is a non technical project role.

The candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating server relocation projects and will be responsible for:

· All Administration for moves (including pulling together migration pack and details)

· Small and large moves must gather and approve contingency plans and risk mitigation plans

· Tracking of all information gathered for the migrations

· Working closely with all infrastructure teams involved in any given move

· Gathering of information for and creation of Migration/move Packs for Move Projects

· Work with the Project Team and Application Development teams to resolve issues and queries

· Producing weekly statistics

· Updating of Project Plans and Risk and Issues Log

Essential Experience:

· Co-ordinating/assistance in actual lift and shift moves on the day – Command and Control responsibility

· Advanced Excel (v-lookup and sum-product experience) and MS Project

· Understanding of different platforms (Unix, Linux, Windows etc)

· Understanding of different Migration options (Lift and Shift, Swing, Virtualisation etc)

· Change Management Processes
