eCommerce Manager

Lead the online client acquisition and eCommerce strategy for this leading private bank.

The private banking division of this leading financial services business has performed well in recent times through a strong focus on client service.

In this newly created role, you will manage eCommerce projects for multiple sites, ultimately aimed at driving commercial performance. This will include new customer acquisition and cross-selling new/existing services to current clients.

Managing projects that will optimise functionality and customer experience, you will work on both early stage development work using web analytics and consumer insight, right through to engaging cross-functionally teams during development and implementation.

Suitable candidates will have worked within retail financial services or another fast-paced consumer sector. With a competency in both online marketing and web-development, you will also have first-rate project management skills.
