Marketing Manager

Great communications focused role with this commercial leisure/travel company based in Kent.

Our client is a highly commercial travel company based in Kent. With a highly differentiated product, they have produced strong recent results and are now looking to strengthen the team at Marketing Manager level.

Managing a team of three direct reports, you will be responsible for planning and implementing the global customer communications programme. Managing a sizable media budget, your planning will ensure that commercial targets are realised for both customer acquisition and retention, whilst also raising the profile of the brand.

You will be responsible for all external agency relationships as well as contact with media buyers and affiliate partners. In developing contract strategies, you will manage the full process from interpreting customer research/insight through campaign development and post-campaign analysis.

As an established consumer marketer you will have extensive communications experience. With over 50% of the media spend going on-line; a strong knowledge of digital media is essential. Prior people management is also must as is first class communication skills.
