Application Support

An Investment Bank based in London is looking for someone to take on the role of Application Support within their team.

Role/Team Summary:
• Working in a growing team, who provide support on bespoke systems to users within the Global Banking and Global Structuring divisions of GBM. CRM, deal workflow and deal pipeline management applications
• Application Support (including general administration and call logging) of bespoke systems to users.
• Day to day call logging, resolution, tracking, customer service etc
• Assist in 1st line support of GBM In-house applications.
• Main responsibilities are to assist existing team members in day to day call logging, and support.
• Undertake to train up on and support any systems ‘new’ to the desk.

Essential Experience: (Must have skills)
• first line application support experience supporting bespoke applications; is essential.
• Experience within a banking environment or similar ‘high-pressure’ field.
• Familiar with call logging processes.
• Must be analytical
• Ideally degree qualified or relevant experience.
• Relationship building skills essential
• Ability to manage a diverse and heavy workload

Supplementary Experience:
• Financial Product Knowledge.
• Knowledge of Client structures
• Database Querying experience (T-Sql) beneficial but not mandatory
