Our client within the finance/banking industry is looking for a Systems Analyst / Technical Design / Technical Architect ideally with previous experience within this sector.
The Systems Analyst / Technical Design / Technical Architect will be responsible for the technical direction, design of all aspects of enterprise scale full lifecycle projects.
Essential Skills
• Java and WebSphere or WebLogic
• Experience of working with geographically diverse teams
• Deep familiarity with design methodologies including UML 2.0
• Familiarity with all current trends and directions for Java development and workflow
• Agile methodologies
Experience within an investment banking environment would be desirable. Exposure to collating Technical Specifications for Enterprise scales systems is highly desirable including setting development standards, design specs and Systems Architecture and Analysis whilst managing stakeholders at varying levels. You will act as the conduit between the Business and Technical Teams.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written would be essential. There must also be a desire to learn from multiple sources and about asset servicing.
