Learning Support Assistant

A fantastic primary school in the borough of Hammersmith and Fulham are currently looking for an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join their school as soon as possible.

They have recently enrolled a child who is registered blind, and are looking for a great person with relevant experience to work together with this child on a one-to-one basis.

This position would be for 2-3 days per week until at least July but has the potential to go on for much longer than this. This would be ideal for someone who cannot commit to full-time hours.

The school itself is in a great location, with good local transport links. It is a very inclusive school with a great working atmosphere, educating children from a wide variety of backgrounds.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience of working with visually impaired children. Somebody with a good, friendly personality would be welcomed. Apply now for an immediate start!!

- You must have good spoken English;
- You must have a minimum of 6 months child related experience;
- Your CV must cover the last 5 years employment history and any employment breaks must be explained;
- You need to supply two recent references of which one must be from a school setting;
- This position is subject to an Enhanced CRB Disclosure.
