Year-End Accountant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Year-End Accountant within a charitable organisation. The organisation, based in Central London, offers a highly sociable environment, with excellent employee benefits. Robert Walters client are currently looking for a CCAB recognised or overseas equivalent candidate to take control of their year end accounts.

Main Role and Responsibilities of the Assistant Financial Accountant include:
• Responsible for producing management accounts for charities.
• To prepare the statutory accounts and consolidate individual companies accounts
• Implementing and communicating year end timetable
• Pulling together information from relevant parties
• Dealing with audit queries and resolving audit queries

Skills required of the Financial Accountant include:
• Strong communicator
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Be a qualified CCAB accountant or equivalent.
• Previous experience of producing year end accounts in accordance with SORP
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
