Key skills: ITIL, Service Support, Production Support, Service Delivery, BirminghamA fantastic opportunity has become available for a Production and Service Support Manager to join a major Banking and Finance client based in Birmingham. You will take ownership of the Production Support Management and be an active part in the Change Management process. You should have exposure to client services and incident management within an ITIL environment and have monitored service performance and managed SLA’s and OLA’s. It is highly desirable that you have an extensive track record in application and service management as well as experience with ITIL. Strong stakeholder and man management skills are also required for this role.
