This is a fantastic opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst to join this large telecommunications organisation based in North Sydney and Western Sydney.

You will have a strong technical competency in troubleshooting faulty laptops in a controlled corporate environment using inbuilt windows tools to identify root causes.

You will be skilled in conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.

You will have the following skills:

2-3 years of desktop support experience
2nd level support
Windows 7/10
SCCM (USMT, App deployment, Reporting, Imaging)
Solid networking understanding, TCP/IP, switching fundamentals (no routing knowledge needed)
